About Us

The Yankee Genealogical Society is an all-volunteer non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and a branch of the Minnesota Genealogical Society.

Our meetings are held at the Minnesota Genealogy Center (address & map below), usually in February, May, August, and November. These frequently include presentations on a variety of topics for the Yankee researcher. We have a tradition of yearly “member sharing” sessions to discuss research problems and sources.
